UPCOMING TRAINING AT AEDP-SW
AEDP Southwest Presents:
AEDP in New Mexico: Practicing AEDP in our Local Communities
Saturday September 22nd, 9am to 4:00pm
Location TBD in Albuquerque
AEDP-Southwest has been introducing and furthering training in AEDP and AEDP for Couples in New Mexico since 2012. We have continually heard from participants in our workshops and trainings that they are drawn to deepen this practice. We have also frequently received requests from clinicians to see clinical video of work with clients who better reflect the populations they encounter in their practices and agencies locally.
It is our intent to showcase work with clients who better reflect
the abundant cultural and economic diversity of New Mexico.
Toward this goal of developing a situated practice of AEDP in New Mexico,
AEDP-Southwest is pleased to bring you this day-long workshop.
We will watch video of clinical work presented by a local AEDP Certified therapist,
while also generating discussion and exploration of cross-cultural and socioeconomic issues in the context of the practice and principles of AEDP.
This day-long workshop will be facilitated by Birgitta A. Gabel, PhD, a clinical psychologist who is certified in AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Psychodynamic Psychotherapy) as well as AEDP for Couples and has been working in Albuquerque, NM since 1998.
